The RENOVUA S.P.A. project concerns the establishment of a joint-stock company under Italian law to contribute concretely to the material reconstruction of Ukraine and to deal with the humanitarian emergency of the Ukrainian people.

MISSION
Strengthened by direct relations with the Ukrainian Government, we aggregate financial and industrial partners to plan investments aimed at the reconstruction of Ukraine. To the shareholders subscribing to the capital increase of RENOVUA S.P.A. we guarantee a return on the initial investment made through the cash flows connected with the economic management of the facilities and services over the years.
