The Chairman of RENOVUA S.p.A., Stefan Nicolussi Rossi, signed the Memorandum of Understanding with which the Company proposes to collect investments and partnerships on intervention projects in Ukraine. The Memorandum is open to accession by third parties, and was signed in the presence of the Acting Minister for Restoration, Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine Vasyl Shkurakov and the German Parliamentary Secretary of State Franziska Brandner

Important meeting with the Ukrainian Minister of Culture, Rostislav Karandev, whom we thank for his welcome. He pointed out to us some important interventions in the field of the preservation of the cultural heritage damaged by the war, with a particular focus on the restoration of the Kharkiv printing house, which took care of the printing of most of Ukraine's book production.
At the meeting, the Minister emphasised the importance of protecting cultural assets:

During the meetings with Deputy Minister Ruslan Prykhodko and Deputy Minister Kushnir Maksim Valerijovich, Stefano Nicolussi and Francesco Vannicelli presented and explained the Renovua project for the rehabilitation and integration of veterans. The project envisages that veterans will be able to receive rehabilitation, study or learn a new profession in the same new complex to be built, as well as get a job within the structure.

The Department held a meeting with representatives of Italian investors Renovua S.p.A., who are exploring the possibility of implementing joint projects for the restoration and development of the capital.
Discussed city development projects that could potentially be of interest to Italian businesses in the city of Kyiv Today, despite the war, the city of Kyiv continues to implement important infrastructure projects.
Special attention was given to the necessity of modernization of the objects of the social sphere and the road-transport infrastructure of the capital. By the support of, in particular, international business, they will be implemented faster.
It was also about the mechanisms of foreign capital participation in the implementation of municipal projects: public-private partnership, investment competitions, privatization.
