Since 2011 he has been an expert lawyer in school and university law, with particular specialisation in the recognition of degrees and professional qualifications obtained abroad

Graduated in Business Economics from the University of Rome ‘Roma Tre’, master's degree in Administrative Law and Science of Administration. At Borsa Italiana he honed his skills in financial instruments and markets. He has been a CEO of corporations and investor clubs. He has written over 140 scientific and professional publications. He teaches at Pontifical Universities and other Italian universities. He has held political roles in the administration of the Municipality of Rome. He has received honours from the Vatican and other states and dynastic orders.
