Stefano Nicolussi Rossi is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of cross-border experience in infrastructure development, civil engineering and strategic investment initiatives. He is Founder and President of the Centro Europeo di Cooperazione Italia–Ucraina Domus Europa, promoting institutional, academic and social cooperation between Italy and Ukraine.
Throughout his career, he has led large-scale projects in tourism infrastructure, transport systems, public works and renewable energy solutions across complex international environments. He has founded and managed ventures focused on infrastructure planning, operational optimization and long-term development strategies.
His expertise includes structuring public-private partnerships, aggregating private capital, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and executing complex, capital-intensive projects within dynamic institutional frameworks. He combines entrepreneurial leadership with strategic vision and hands-on implementation capacity.
