Renovua S.p.A. is a European infrastructure and investment platform dedicated to strategic reconstruction and long-term transformation projects.
Renovua operates in complex environments shaped by geopolitical instability and long-term societal challenges
Since 2023, we have maintained continuous operational presence in Ukraine, developing high-impact initiatives in:
- Energy transition and renewable generation
- Carbon capture and storage (CCS)
- Medical and rehabilitation infrastructure

All projects are designed to be executed through locally established Ukrainian companies, employing Ukrainian personnel as extensively as possible. Our objective is not only infrastructure delivery, but economic empowerment and capacity building within the country.

Strategic Approach
Renovua operates through two equally strategic pillars:
Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Development
We structure long-term concession and cooperation frameworks in coordination with national and regional authorities. Our PPP projects are designed in line with EU norms and international financial institution standards, ensuring transparency, compliance and financial sustainability.
Privately Structured Strategic Projects
In parallel, we develop privately structured initiatives where speed, technological innovation and industrial partnerships enable efficient implementation. These projects attract private capital under clear governance and performance models.

Geographic Focus
While headquartered in Italy, Renovua’s primary operational focus since 2023 has been Ukraine, where we support long-term reconstruction strategies in cooperation with institutional and industrial partners.
At the same time, Renovua is structurally oriented toward expansion into other strategic partner countries, applying the same investment-driven and infrastructure-focused model.
