RENOVUA S.P.A. acts as Club Deal Investors to raise capital and to enter into direct contracts with the Ukrainian Government, entrusting the reconstruction and subsequent management works directly to the shareholders.

RENOVUA S.P.A. and the Ukrainian Government establish the priorities for intervention in the territories and contractually define the investments to be made to rebuild the country's infrastructure and manage services.

It will be the member companies and partners of RENOVUA S.P.A. that for many years will have the task of offering at market prices the goods and services necessary to rebuild and manage a part of Ukraine.

A number of Italian institutional investors (such as banks, insurance companies and credit institutions) will take part in the project, able to make considerable investments systematically and cumulatively, having considerable financial possibilities.

That is, all those investors operating in this financial market outside their country of official origin. These include pension funds, investment banks, hedge funds, and mutual funds.
